On being a chocoholic
I'll admit it- I am a chocoholic.
Not something you'd necessarily expect from a Health Coach, right?
But with your head in the right place, and good quality food, you can eat all the chocolate you want. Yup, I said it.
These chocolate gelatin squares are so satisfying. One square will totally nourish you, so you aren't compelled to eat the whole tray!
And not to mention, they are oh-so healthy.
You will likely have all the ingredients on hand, with the exception of gelatin. And trust me, you'll want to make sure you have it in your cupboard at all times after making these.
What's so good about gelatin?
Gelatin is a protein and contains collagen, which helps build connective tissues giving us strong nails, hair and skin. Not to mention, it can also improve bone and joint health.

If you've never used gelatin before, don't fret. This is a great first recipe to test it out because it's just so yummy!
I use Great Lakes gelatin because it comes from pasture-raised cows and is top quality. Click here to order some.
* HEADS UP: Some people do not find these sweet enough. If you are not used to sweeting your food with honey & maple syrup, I would suggest cutting this recipe in half to see if they are to your taste.
Which brings us to HEADS UP #2: This recipe makes a double batch (because I'm all about freezing things to have on hand for a later date).
Infuse these gelatin treats with love and goodness. Here's a song to play while you make them to ease the process:
