5 Healthy Habits for Couples in the Kitchen

I’ve always been slightly envious of women who have partners that love to cook. This is so not the case in my household.

If you’re like me, and carry the main responsibility for putting food on the table, try implementing some of these tricks with your partner to make eating real food a fun and fulfilling experience.
