For those of you who know me, you know that I highly recommend not checking your email/phone before doing something loving for yourself, like drinking some lemon water, as soon as you wake up.
That being said, your phone can be an amazing tool to start your day off on the right foot if you use an inspiring song as your alarm.
It may take 10-20 mins for you to get this all set up on your phone, but what a beautiful gift you are giving yourself.
If you use an iPhone, all you gotta do is upload your song to your phone, edit your alarm, click on 'sound', find the song you want and then bam! That's will be the first thing to grace your ears in the morning!
I've put together a list of 21 songs that get me going (ie make me smile, dance, raise my vibration).
Feel free to use one of these. Or any song that makes you feel good.
