What's the first thing you do when you wake up?
Check your phone? Pee? Stretch?
Once you do the essentials (which I'm assuming to be pee and perhaps stretch. NOT checking your phone) I encourage to head to your kitchen and pour yourself a glass of lemon water.
Your New Morning Ritual: Drink a glass of lemon water as soon as you wake up!

Why Lemon water?
- Hydrates you after sleeping all night
- Gentle liver detox everyday
- Revs up digestion system to work optimally
- Keeps skin looking healthy
- Flushes out toxins (After I drink my lemon water, almost on cue I need to use the washroom. Too much info? I hope not! Daily poops are very important in terms of healthy lifestyle.)

- Print it and post it on your fridge (or any other visible spot):
- Check off the box each day you drink lemon water (if every day is overwhelming start with 3 x per week and increase as desired)
