3- Limit Sugar (and sugar alternatives)
Go back to the basics of honey and maple syrup (in moderation)
4- Balance every meal with Protein, Carbohydrates and Fat
This will keep you satiated and provide you with abundant nutrients/vitamins
Breakfast- Eggs (protein) with avocado (fat) & tomatoes (carb)
Lunch- Salad/Veggies (carb), Chicken (protein), Olive oil based dressing (fat)
Dinner- Steak (protein & fat), Stir Fried Veggies (carb) in coconut oil (fat)
5- Enjoy everything you eat
