We've all been told that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I tend to agree with this, because when you have a substantial breakfast, you're ensuring that your body is getting what it needs to "break the fast" of sleeping.
Not all breakfasts are created equal. Things that ARE NOT healthy breakfasts: cereal, whole wheat toast, low-fat/flavored yogurts. The common theme with these is that they are lacking in any actual nutrition and are more likely than not filled with chemicals and preservatives that your body doesn't know how to digest.
